AstenJohnson COVID-19 Response

Dear Customer,

We sincerely hope that you, your families and your colleagues are not affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Currently, the virus has not had a significant impact on our production capacities, on our supply chain or our raw material supply.

Colleagues who are able to do so, are working from their homes. Like many businesses, we have shifted our communication to online tools and the telephone. In fact, we are taking advantage of these tools to continue to train and educate our associates.

We are also pleased to inform you that our three product lines are running as usual. In fact, all of our plants continue to operate without significant disruptions. AstenJohnson has been deemed an "essential manufacturer" worldwide. We take that designation seriously and are doing all we can to ensure that we are safely meeting all of our customers' needs.

Several customers raised questions regarding contingency plans. We decided to share with you this back up plan in order to take away possible concerns you might have.

Of course, in the long run we cannot anticipate the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. For the time being we have all under control. You can count on our support.

Please stay healthy and let’s hope we can have normal contacts again soon.
