Application The DELTAFLO is a custom designed drainage device that initiates stock activity on forming tables. The size of the unit, number of cells, and blade width and angle are designed to accommodate the grades and speeds of specified machines.
The unit works by using vacuum to pull the fabric down onto blades that are mounted to an adjustable grid. The stock activity can be adjusted by pivoting the grid in each cell and by applying low vacuum to the unit. The unit is located after the forming board or, on relatively fast machines, after the first gravity foil unit following the forming board.
